We recently completed the audit process for the ISAE3402 report. This process puts the services of Inergy under the magnifying glass and assesses whether we act as we have documented and promised to customers. As in previous years, we have successfully completed the process this year. So well, in fact, that the auditors had no comments at all.
A flawless audit report is the wonderful end result.
The audit report covers the period from January 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019. The reason for not waiting until the entire year has been completed has to do with the great importance of our ISAE3402 reporting for the audits that our clients commission. Our clients rely on the reporting we publish in their audits, and that relieves their auditors from performing audits on our processes with us. These audits of our clients are mostly taking place right now.
If we were to wait until the year is over, we would have no choice but to deliver last year's report. For a number of our clients(Obvion, PostNL, Intergamma, Detailresult, WPG) that is not acceptable. Hence this construction that enables us to deliver the report in time for the audit processes of these clients.
