Training courses LIAS Enterprise

Through our Academy, we offer a variety of practice-based training courses. The trainers, exclusively consultants with years of experience, teach you skills and knowledge that you can immediately put into practice. The trainings are for every level of knowledge, experienced or inexperienced. All trainings take place on location.

Introductory workshop

This training provides an overview of the various modules. The emphasis is on the application of LIAS within a P&C cycle so that you are able to answer questions that come from the organization. A key user or help desk employee comes into contact with users from different disciplines who work with LIAS. They need to be able to think along with the user and how the P&C cycle is used within LIAS.

Basic Application Management Training

An application manager interacts with users from various disciplines working with LIAS. An application manager must be able to think along with wishes of users and key users and is often important in integrating LIAS into the P&C cycle.

The training provides an overview of the various components and pays attention to their management. The emphasis is on the daily management of LIAS so that you are able to answer questions that come from the organization and you are able to form a good picture of configuration issues.

Document Management Training

This training aims to teach how to build P&C documents using LIAS Document Management. Through a concrete example, a P&C document will be built together with those involved. Discover what to look out for when creating a P&C document.

Another important aspect of the training is how to integrate the writing process within your organization. The training goes through the ideal-typical writing process so you can translate it to your own internal writing process.

Financial Management Training

Within the P&C cycle, organizations use budgets that must be identified, monitored and accounted for during the year. To manage this process, LIAS has the Financial Management module. In this module, you set up the budget process.

During this training we will discuss what is possible and what you should pay attention to when budgeting in LIAS Enterprise. Discover how to set up the budget components from the Financial Management module. The "optimal" budget workflow process is explained through an example. How to use this information in your P&C documents is also discussed.

After the training, you will have the knowledge to set up budget components in LIAS Enterprise. You are able to translate your own budget process to the setup of LIAS Enterprise. You will be able to describe your new budget process in preparation for using budgeting in LIAS Enterprise.

Performance Management Training

Within the P&C cycle, organizations use goals, performance and KPIs that must be identified, monitored and accounted for throughout the year. To manage the P&C cycle, LIAS Enterprise offers the Performance Management module that can be set up to track this process.

During this training you will learn how to set up this goal tree in LIAS Enterprise and how to use this information in your P&C documents. After the training, you will have the necessary knowledge to set up a goal tree in LIAS Enterprise, set out the tasks in the organization and use the information gathered from this tree in your P&C documents. You will also learn what else Performance Management can be used for, such as related parties and BBV indicators.

Online Publications Training

This training will help you build P&C publications faster and more efficiently using LIAS Document Management. Using a concrete example, during the training you will build a document according to the guidelines of an online publication. You will learn everything you need to pay attention to in order to create a clear and beautiful online publication.

Are you going to publish an online budget or annual report for the first time using LIAS Enterprise? Then this training is also suitable for all people involved in the creation of this online publication. This will give everyone in the organization an idea of what can and cannot be included as standard in the documents for publication. During this training you will learn how to set up a document in LIAS Enterprise including basic financial tables based on the requirements for a good online publication.

After the training, you will have the knowledge to set up a document in LIAS Enterprise that can be published online faster and easier. You will be able to fix incorrect formatting online. You will be able to create a dataset through a wizard that you can use for online publications.

Report Building Training

The presentation of data is essential to how an organization looks at and interprets data. A wide variety of reports can be created with LIAS Enterprise. This training course emphasizes how the formatting of a report can be created in LIAS Enterprise. First, the basics of data retrieval are covered. This foundation is then used to work toward a complex multilayer report with variable colors and data.

It also covers how to present a pie chart in P&C documents.During this training you will learn how to build a report and present it in your P&C documents. In addition, creating a graph will be covered which will enable you to create a visually appealing graph in your P&C documents.

After the training you will have the necessary knowledge to translate your organization's requirements into a layout that is used within your organization. You learn to understand the structure within a report and can reproduce this in new reports to be created.
