Inergy and du ROI Accountants, Tax Advisors & IT Auditors, entered into a strategic partnership on November 13. Part of the agreement is the sale to Inergy of Gemstone, a software application that allows a municipality to audit its financial records to determine whether it is fiscally in control.
LIAS is used by almost all Dutch municipalities
