How do we obtain your personal data?
Inergy holds data about you because you provided that data to us.
What are your rights?
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights regarding your data and its processing:
Inspection If you want to see the personal data that are recorded at Inergy about you, you can make a request for inspection.
Modification If you wish to make changes to the personal data you have seen as a result of a request for inspection, you may submit a request to Inergy . You may request that Inergy modify, correct, supplement, delete or block your data.
Restriction of processing You also have, under conditions, the right to request Inergy to restrict the processing of your personal data.
Right to object If a particular processing operation is carried out on the basis of the "legitimate interests" of Inergy or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.
Data transfer You are entitled to obtain your personal data from Inergy. Inergy will provide this in a structured and commonly used form, which can easily be opened in other common digital systems. In this way, you can also transfer your data to another provider.
Withdrawing consent In all cases where the basis for a particular data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This does not affect the past, but it does mean that we may no longer process those data. Inergy may therefore no longer be able to provide you with certain services.
Response by Inergy A request can be sent to info@inergy.nl. Inergy will comply with your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than one (1) month after Inergy receives such a request. If Inergy rejects your request, we will indicate in our response why the request is rejected.

Inergy may be required to provide your data to a third party, for example, pursuant to a legal obligation.
What are cookies and how does Inergy use them?
