Work where and when you want

At Inergy, we believe that your work doesn't have to be in one location, but in the place that feels right for you! Whether this is at home, from abroad, a flex spot or office, anything is possible. Of course in consultation with your manager and the client, but that makes sense to you.

For example, Carlijn worked from South Africa for three weeks to visit her brother whom she had not seen for a year.

Maik decided to spend a summer working part-time from the south of France with his entire family. This way he worked a flexible number of hours per day and also had time to explore the area with his family.

Keep developing yourself

At Inergy, we think it's important that you have the space to keep developing yourself. We invest in your development through our Inergy Boost program and training budget. We also encourage internal growth. Are you convinced that a certain training will help you in your work? Discuss it with your manager and get started!

Work in project teams

At Inergy, we work for our data analytics clients on a project team basis. You will not be seconded, but work together with your colleagues on the best projects at clients such as Rituals, PostNL or Detailresult Group.

You will also not be seconded when working on our LIAS suite. In coordination with your manager and your client, you will work on Planning & Control and Information Security & Privacy challenges on behalf of Inergy.

Inergy Boost

At Inergy, we think it's important that you continue to develop yourself. In addition to following more technical, professional training courses that you need to practice your profession, personal leadership is also important for your success and thus that of Inergy. We expect everyone within Inergy to work on that personal leadership. To make that possible, there is the Inergy Boost.

Inergy Boost is een academy met een breed aanbod aan kennissessies en trainingen waar je je kennis mee kunt uitbreiden en je vaardigheden kunt versterken. Het loopt van zakelijk tekenen en omgaan met emoties tot aan uitleg over ELT processen bij een specifieke klant of de manier waarop we onze LIAS software ontwikkelen. Voor ieder wat wils en met een grote mate van vrijheid in de keuze wat je bij wilt wonen.
