We feel social responsibility for the impact our business activities have on people, the environment and society. We strive for sustainability by making careful considerations.
Sustainability
Our goal is to keep the carbon footprint per employee as low as possible. Our internal program is aimed at continuously reducing our environmental impact in the areas of business travel, energy consumption and waste disposal.
We also look for the most sustainable solution for you as a customer. When discussing your IT solution, we also pay attention to sustainability and strive for climate neutrality. We have an active environmental policy and only use data centers that run on 100% green energy.
Use of hardware IT products does not stop after the first user. By redeploying them to schools and associations, for example, we extend the life cycle.
We actively encourage working from home so that our employees drive fewer car miles and are less stuck in traffic jams. A large proportion of our people have an energy-efficient car or travel by public transport. We also regularly opt for online solutions when conferring with our business relations.
Furthermore, there are many things in which we make conscious choices and embrace the circular economy such as collecting waste separately as much as possible, using environmentally friendly cleaning products, serving organic and local products in the canteens and printing double-sided. Moreover, we have an energy-efficient head office where we use only green electricity.
Social Return
Inclusive entrepreneurship is important to us. We therefore offer opportunities to people with a distance to the labor market. When purchasing furniture or business gifts, we include in our selection products made by sheltered workshops or care institutions.
We also participate in the Buitenboordmotor Foundation initiative on an innovation trajectory on labor mobility. In this trajectory, we help people move from a surplus situation to a meaningful job in so-called "shortage" sectors.

Charities
Instead of sending Christmas hampers to our relations, we support a good cause every year. In addition, throughout the year we support several causes that our colleagues put forward. Sometimes in the form of sponsor runs, but also in the form of monetary donations.
