The data warehouse solution that Sodexo is purchasing is a dedicated SaaS solution. SaaS stands for Software as a Service, which in this case means that both the data and the software for Business Intelligence and analytics are hosted by Inergy. Customers are thus completely unburdened. "The solution stands like a house," says Volker Stronkhorst, CIO at Sodexo Netherlands. "There is rarely if ever anything wrong with it and updates always run smoothly. And even larger projects run within budget and the agreed-upon time. Inergy thinks proactively with us."

With Inergy's solution, Sodexo arrives at actionable insights by combining data from different sources. For example, fraud detection has been greatly improved on the basis of cash register data. And by making the registration of hours worked transparent, Sodexo has valuable management information. Finally, the period closures now run significantly more smoothly.
