1. The first contact
It starts with questions. In the first conversation, we map out your organization's situation and needs. The information we obtain is the starting point for the entire process.
2. Further introduction
After the initial contact, we move into the exploration phase. In this phase, we go deeper into the problem definition and your desired solution. We always attend this step with at least two people from Inergy; in fact, a data consultant joins us now.
This way, we get an even better picture of your organization, the various data systems and, of course, the desired solution.
3. Kick-off and assignment
When the contract is awarded, we never just start. There is always a kick-off first. We agree again what the expectations are and how both organizations can best cooperate in terms of capacity, knowledge and expertise.
We also make the lead time and schedule of the project concrete. That way you know exactly where you stand.
4. Interim evaluations
During the project, there are several moments of mid-term evaluation. Are we still on track? Is everything still going as desired and expected? What, if anything, do we need to adjust and what impact will that have?
These interim evaluations not only keep you abreast of progress, but they also provide insight into how and why the solution came about.
5. Implementation and commissioning
When the data project is complete, we are not finished as far as we are concerned. If desired, we also help implement the solution in the organization.
We ensure that the solution is actually put to use by the people for whom it was created. This includes training sessions that help users become familiar with the solution.
6. Evaluation and aftercare
We also offer the option of completely relieving you in terms of monitoring, management and maintenance of the data solution. This ensures that problems are solved and prevented in time and that you keep a grip on the costs. This gives you the space to fully focus your capacity on using the solution.
