The information flow surrounding a package shipment begins when a package is registered or an order is placed and ends when the package is delivered to the end customer. In between, the package goes through all kinds of steps related to scanning moments, such as picking, sorting and delivery of the shipment. Inergy brings all that information from scanning moments together and presents it in a way you want. - Targeted action thanks to status and management information
With our Track and Trace solution you always know where a shipment is. A shipment is scanned with every action. This provides accurate status information, which you can use to better inform your end customers about the delivery time of the shipment, for example. Our solution also provides valuable management information. How many mail items have been delivered this month? How many were delivered on time? Which sorting machine has scan failures and therefore needs to be replaced? This way you can optimize your internal processes where needed. It also enables you to work more efficiently. For example: if you know how many shipments come back at the end of the day because they cannot be delivered or how many packages you expect tomorrow, you can schedule your staff to process the shipments more precisely.
