Council members and the Board of B&W, for example, get instant insight into the plans and projects in different parts of your municipality. You never have to ask the project manager again how the projects are going; everything is easily found in the dashboard.
Click through on the various projects to see all the relevant detailed information. You can easily see what needs to be managed. That way you avoid surprises upon publication.
The Projects Monitor explained
The Projects Monitor is a PowerBI dashboard with two tabs. Thanks to these two tabs, everyone has insight into the different projects.
- Projects on the map:
On this page you can easily see the projects in your municipality on one map or map. Click on any of the projects to view detailed information such as budget, status and the alderman responsible. - Overview of projects:
On this tab you can see in one overview the different projects with their corresponding statuses in terms of money, quality, risk profile and progress.
